Meticulous documentation is the single biggest factor in visa success. Track every required Ward certificate, academic transcript, tax record, and bank statement below.
Relationship Verification Certificate
(नाता प्रमाणित प्रमाण पत्र)Official certificate confirming the relationship between the applicant and sponsors, with passport-sized photos stamped by the Ward Chairperson.
Annual Income Verification Certificate
(वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय प्रमाण पत्र)Summary of gross annual household income from all verified sources (Salary, House Rent, Agriculture, Business, Foreign Remittance).
Property Valuation Certificate
(सम्पत्ति मूल्याङ्कन प्रमाण पत्र)Official assessment of land (जग्गा) and residential building (घर) owned by the family, indicating government rate and fair market value.
Tax Clearance Certificate
(कर चुक्ता प्रमाण पत्र)Receipt verifying that rental tax, business profit tax, or agricultural tax has been deposited for the preceding fiscal year.
Citizenship Certificates (Translated)
(नागरिकता प्रमाण पत्र (नेपाली तथा अंग्रेजी))Original citizenship cards of applicant and all sponsors, accompanied by official English translation notarized by an authorized Notary Public.
Birth Certificate
(जन्म दर्ता प्रमाण पत्र)Digital English birth registration certificate with birth registration number and local registrar's seal.
SEE / SLC Marksheet & Character Certificate
(एसईई / एसएलसी लब्धाङ्क पत्र तथा चारित्रिक प्रमाण पत्र)Original marksheet/grade sheet, provisional certificate, and school character certificate.
+2 (NEB) Transcript, Migration & Provisional
(+२ ट्रान्सक्रिप्ट, माइग्रेसन तथा प्रोभिजनल)Official NEB transcript, provisional certificate, migration certificate, and college character certificate.
Bachelor's Degree Transcript & Character
(स्नातक तह ट्रान्सक्रिप्ट तथा चारित्रिक प्रमाण पत्र)Semester-wise or annual marksheets, final official university transcript, provisional certificate, and migration certificate.
Work Experience & Salary Slips (If Gap > 1 Year)
(कार्य अनुभव तथा तलब विवरण (ग्याप प्रमाण))Appointment letter, promotion letters, experience certificate on official letterhead, and bank statements showing salary credit.
IELTS / PTE Official Test Scorecard
(आईईएलटीएस / पीटीई स्कोरकार्ड)Official computer-delivered or paper Test Report Form (TRF) with valid verification code.
Bank Balance Certificate & 6-Month Statement
(बैंक ब्यालेन्स प्रमाण पत्र तथा ६ महिनाको स्टेटमेन्ट)Original bank balance certificate indicating total liquid funds in NPR and foreign currency equivalents, accompanied by a 6-month transaction ledger.
Education Loan Sanction Letter (If Applicable)
(शैक्षिक कर्जा स्वीकृति पत्र)Formal loan sanction letter, collateral mortgaged property schedule, and loan disbursement agreement.
Sponsor's PAN Card & CIT/PF Statement
(प्रायोजकको प्यान कार्ड तथा नागरिक लगानी कोष विवरण)Personal PAN number of parents/sponsors and voluntary retirement savings statements supporting regular savings habits.
Valid Machine-Readable e-Passport
(राहदानी (पासपोर्ट - कम्तिमा १२ महिना म्याद भएको))Original MRP or e-Passport with at least 12 months validity prior to travel.
Statement of Purpose (SOP)
(उद्देश्यको पत्र (एसओपी - आफ्नै भाषामा))Original personal motivation statement detailing academic background, course justification, choice of country, and clear career plans back in Nepal.
No Objection Certificate (NOC)
(शिक्षा मन्त्रालयको नो अब्जेक्सन सर्टिफिकेट (एनओसी))Government authorization required to remit foreign exchange and board international flights from Tribhuvan International Airport.
Panel Physician Medical Report & TB Test
(स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण तथा टीबी रिपोर्ट)Designated embassy medical examination clearance certificate and chest X-ray result.
Police Clearance Certificate
(प्रहरी चारित्रिक प्रमाण पत्र (Police Report))Clear criminal record verification certificate from Nepal Police Headquarters.
