These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Mandala Abroad Studies Pvt. Ltd. (Govt Regd No. 406495/83/84, Member ECAN) when using masstudies.com, enrolling in coaching classes, or receiving international study advisory services at our Kumaripati and New Baneshwor branches.
1. Nature and Scope of Educational Consultancy Services
Mandala Abroad Studies Pvt. Ltd. operates as a formally registered and certified educational consultancy authorized under the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST), Government of Nepal.
Our professional advisory services encompass:
- Free Profile Assessment: Transparent evaluation of your GPA, test scores, study gaps, and financial capacity before any application commitments are made.
- Direct Institutional Admissions: Processing genuine applications to our 99 verified partner universities, pathway providers, and TAFE institutes across Australia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, the USA, and Germany.
- Test Preparation Coaching: Instructor-led classroom coaching for IELTS Academic & General, PTE Academic, CMAT, and Japanese language, including audio computer lab access and weekly Saturday full mock exams.
- Genuine Student (GS) & Visa Advisory: Mentorship on Statement of Purpose (SOP) drafting, documentation structuring, financial portfolio appraisal, and 1-on-1 embassy interview preparation.
2. Absolute Zero-Guarantee & Honest Advisory Disclaimer
Visa issuance is the exclusive, non-delegable authority of sovereign immigration departments—including the Australian Department of Home Affairs, UK Visas and Immigration, IRCC Canada, Immigration New Zealand, and US Consular Officers.
Any claims of “100% Guaranteed Visas”, “Backdoor Embassy Quotas”, or “Assured Post-Study Jobs” violate Nepal Ministry regulations, ECAN codes of conduct, and our founding principles. We promise thorough, honest, and ethical file preparation that maximizes your authentic academic profile.
3. Student Responsibilities & Zero Tolerance for Fraud
Students and their sponsors agree to furnish complete, truthful, and verifiable documents throughout the counselling and application process:
Genuine Academic Transcripts
All submitted SEE, +2, Bachelor's marksheets, English proficiency scorecards, and certificates must be original, verifiable documents.
Verifiable Financial Portfolios
Bank balance certificates, education loan deeds, Ward relationship proofs, and tax receipts must originate from licensed, legitimate authorities.
Immediate Termination for Fabricated Documents
Submission of altered, fabricated, or third-party fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of all services without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities under ECAN bylaws.
4. Coaching Classes, Lab Access & Saturday Mock Exams
When enrolling in our test preparation courses (IELTS, PTE, CMAT, SAT, Duolingo, Japanese):
- 5 Daily Shifts: Students may choose from morning, afternoon, and evening shifts across Kumaripati and New Baneshwor branches, subject to seat availability.
- Classroom & Lab Guidelines: Course tuition includes official Cambridge or Pearson practice software, instructor evaluations, and dedicated audio testing booths.
- Weekly Saturday Mock Tests: Saturday 8:00 AM full mock exams are completely free for active MAS students; external candidates may register for NPR 1,500 including counsellor diagnostic reports.
- Course Fee Policy: Class coaching fees must be settled upon registration. Course fees are non-transferable once classes commence.
5. Third-Party Fees, Government Payments & Direct Remittances
In keeping with our transparency commitment, Mandala Abroad Studies does not charge unauthorized hidden consultancy fees:

Mandala Abroad Studies will not be liable for losses, travel disruptions, or visa rejections resulting from:
- Sudden changes in foreign immigration legislation, visa fee revisions, or quota caps announced by overseas governments.
- Processing delays by high commissions, embassies, biometric centers (VFS), or medical clinics.
- Incomplete, late, or inaccurate documentation provided by the applicant or sponsor.
7. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lalitpur and Kathmandu District.
